Ms. Oyewole is a Director of First Guaranty Risk Solutions Limited. A Graduate of the University of Jos, she worked as an Associate Consultant with the consortium of Folio Associate/Akintola Williams/P.E International on the restructuring of NNPC and its subsidiaries.  She also participated in other similar projects for DHL International, Lagos and Niger Shipping Line (LANSAL) amongst others.

Ms. Oyewole is currently a Director of First Independent Consulting with a specialization in Outsourcing and Corporate Restructuring.
